The Process

Begin by entering your name and email and clicking “Apply Now” After filling out a quick application, I’ll reach out within 72 hours.

Assuming we both feel that we’re a good fit, the next step is setting up an online consultation. This consult gives me an opportunity to meet YOU — ask about training history, goals, limitations, interests, etc.
This is also a time for you to ask me anything coaching related!

After our call, I’ll send some things for you to sign — the legalese-type stuff, and get you set up as a client in the EverFit app where all of your programming, messaging, videos, and lifting data will be found.

Next, you’ll be tasked with sending me a few videos in which you’ll be moving through various positions, stability drills, and exercises. Once I get an idea of how you move, I can start the process of creating the best program for you!

Should you choose to add nutrition coaching to your plan*
We will schedule a call to discuss all the things that go into creating a sustainable diet — current and past eating habits, views on certain foods, etc. From there, we will draft a plan for caloric intake, macro and micronutrient targets, and meal timing that fits BOTH your goals and lifestyle!
I want to stress that this is NOT a meal plan with “good/bad” foods. Diets will be tailored to YOU and your goals!

Now the fun starts!
Once you’re added to my EverFit client list, you’ll be able to access your full program and get moving! Your program will be specific to YOU — sessions per week, volume, exercise selection, etc., all based on things you shared in our consult and the movement assessment.

I am always here for you!
As you complete your sessions, I’ll be monitoring performance and progress session to session and giving feedback accordingly. In addition to answering any questions you may have whenever you have them, I will also supply form checks and exercise alternatives when needed.

Once per week, we will schedule an optional video call to go over the previous week’s training.
